Yoga and other stresrecommendations for stress management?

What are all of you guys and gals methods of stress management? For me for the longest time that it was tobacco products, drinking alcohol and listening to music and random sex that just doesn' do it for me anymore. I'm getting intto exercise, healthy eating and alternative lifestyle things like yoga. Yes, yoga like I love he feminin yoga pants with the small zipper left pocket and billowing ends at the bottom! A last thought on yoga is that I just ordered a NLS Yoga book in braille that should arrive soon!

Secondly, I'd like to know the affectiveness and thoroughlness of your stress management e.g. acute or chronic stress and the symptoms. I've got some acut and chronic stress like lately that I cannot sleep at all in the past twenty-four hours that well. How do you think yoga helps with stress management? I know their are breathing exercises and flexible positions in yoga just trying to get a girls prospective on his. Talking some times with my panic attacs cause of my (Post-dramatic stress disorder) that it helps and my new perscription as well. Keeping all that in mind that I'm trying to get counseling especially before starting work with the feds, etc.

Lastly, can someone give me some feedback of the tactical braille yoga mat two dvd set and beginners yoga cd set from Maxiaids.com? I'm curious as to your experiences with this product cause I'm about to buy it soon! I've never ordered anything online before so this will all be new to me. I'm paranoid by nature, so think that my security information wouold be compromised. I'd not keep my personal information in a database especially with hackers the way they are now days.
